Repair and Service

-On Site Repair. Vanzebo Laser stands behind our work. We offer 90 Days Parts & Labor warranty on our service and repair calls. If the same issue returns will reopen your case to fix the issue to your satisfaction. No further charges will be incurred, unless additional parts are required to complete service or repair.

 

-Fusers and Kits, Vanzebo offers a 6 month warranty on Fusers and Maintenance  Kits installed by a Vanzebo Service Technician. Six months or the until the next maintenance cycle – whichever comes first.

 

-Refurbished Machines, Vanzebo Laser offers 90 Days Parts & Labor warranty on our refurbished Printers and various office machines. New equipment is subject to the warranties and terms provided by the manufacture. Additional warranties are available on both New and Refurbished products through Vanzebo Laser.

 

Toner and Supplies

- Vanzebo Laser Toner (products beginning with OSL) come with a 1 year + warranty. **100% replacement / credit given on defective products within the cartridges life.  If you have an issue with a cartridge simply put a sample inside the box or give a description of the issue. No questions asked – If its qualified you will get credit.

*Unopened Vanzebo cartridges in Resalable condition may be returned as follows:

0% restocking fee is purchased within 30 days.

15% restocking fee is purchased within 31- 60 days.

20% restocking fee is purchased within 61- 90 days.

Returns after 91 days will require an exception, if allowed.

-OEM and Brand Name products are subject to the conditions of the             manufacturer. Defective products can generally be returned for replacement or credit within 30 Days of purchase. Open Box and specialty items may not be returned for any reason. Defective Brand Name items will be exchanged based on the requirements of the manufacture. Unopened bulky or specialty items may be returned with a restocking fee, if allowed by the manufacturer. (Generally around 20%). Shipping expenses are not refundable.

 

* Product must be sealed, unopened, unused and in resalable condition.  Any external markings, writings, stickers may void this credit. No unauthorized returns will be accepted for credit.

 

** Toner must not be below 20% remaining life. In these cases replacement or credit will only be given after approval of our quality control and evaluation team.
