At the time, office equipment repairs often lingered for several days and usually involved several visits from a service technician. Dispatch was slow; downtime was extended. Our founders knew there must be a better way.

By outfitting service technicians with a mobile warehouse, Vanzebo Laser was able to complete most repairs in one visit. Defining service zones for each technician allowed us to arrive quickly and complete a greater number of calls in a given day. Supplying toner became a top request from our customers who were amazed at how often we said “Yes, we can do that.” Our competition began to notice this little company making these outrageous claims.

Vanzebo Laser became one of the largest service organizations in the Bay Area in a matter of a few years. Clients large and small came to trust us with their office equipment and supply needs. In early 2000, Vanzebo Laser expanded in to the SacramentoValley. Bringing our now well-established and sometimes imitated business model to the capital city. “What is a Vanzebo?” we often heard as we introduced ourselves to our first clients in the region. It didn’t take long for our name to become recognized and for our company motto to emerge: “We Keep Business in Business”.

Through the years we have made it a priority to keep our customers first.
